Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Using the service

Lucid is a PowerBrix application. These terms describe use of the application, together with the purchase terms shown when you order a paid plan and any separate written agreement that applies to you. Questions can be sent to markofilipovic2003@gmail.com.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate account information and keep your login and devices secure. Use only accounts, workspaces, integrations and information you are authorized to access. Google sign-in is an optional authentication method; authorizing an integration does not give you permission to access someone else's data.

Your content and sharing

You remain responsible for the content you submit and the permissions needed to process it, including invoices, customer and vendor details, expenses, payments and bookkeeping records. You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features and sharing you request. Review recipients, workspace access and public links before sharing; you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from people whose information you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited or deceptive messaging, intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized data access. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious content or misuse integrations. Access may be restricted to investigate or prevent misuse or comply with legal requirements.

Payments and third-party services

Applicable prices, limits, billing terms and refund conditions are those disclosed at purchase or in a separate agreement. These terms do not change existing purchase commitments or mandatory consumer rights. Google and other connected services have their own terms; their availability and permissions are not controlled by this application.

Review important results

Lucid is software, not a guarantee of an outcome. Review outputs and actions before relying on them, especially financial records, employment-related decisions, email recipients, signatures and AI-generated results. Keep appropriate copies of important information. Features may change or be interrupted; nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using the service and use available account controls or contact support for account and data requests. Outstanding purchase obligations and applicable record-retention requirements may continue. Material changes to these terms will be published here; separate purchase agreements and rights required by law remain applicable.
